Yoga Classes
Bron trained in Japan in the traditional style of Ashtanga Yoga
11 years ago. Since then she has found her own style of Power Yoga encompassing elements of personal awareness, strength and flexibility. Bron has taken out the 'overly-challenging' postures and introduces more achievable and very effective alternatives. All yoga classes begin with 25 minutes of warming Sun Salutes. Monday nights classes focus on opening different areas of the body with a sequence. Wednesday night consists of 30 minutes specific core building postures and exercises to balance, strengthen and realign core muscles.

I have been on the healing journey for a long time now with various health issues to manage......Bron arrived in my life at the right time and has brought about some transforming results.She has used various healing modalites including Reiki and Theta to bring gentle but positive change. After two sessions of Theta Healing and one Hypnotherapy my thoughts and feelings on life have somewhat changed thanks to Bron.
